PowerQuad I

Small, light, integral forming

As a portable refined routing inspection unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with independent intellectual property rights, PowerQuad quad-rotor UAV is researched and developed by PowerVision. The unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) system can be operated by a team of 1 ~ 2 persons to carry out refined routing inspection and data acquisition of electricity pole video and photo.

It is easily to assemble, and carry, very applicable for field operation and complex terrain environment. The airframe is made of high strength nylon composite materials, with good insulation performance. Special duct design adopted outside the airframe can protect safety of the surrounding operation personnel and the electric power equipment in the process of routing inspection, and reduce the operation risk.

PowerQuad II

PowerQuadII is widely used in many fields, including power-line inspection, surveying and mapping, plant protection and rescue works. The body is designed with integrated structure. The frame is all manufactured with aluminum alloy by CNC machine. Although the ratio of alloy is reduced, the rigidity is increased while the high strength, high corrosion-resistance and high fatigue-resistance are maintained. The aluminum alloy is extremely widely used in aero-space industry. It enables a light weighted and high durable body with excellent electromagnetic compatibility.

PowerQuadII has a wind-resistance for Level-6 wind. It can stably operate under the climate with wind and small rain or snow. It has hovering precision of less than 0.5 meter. The controllable flight distance is over 5 kilometers (upgrading is possible). It can full-automatically taking off and landing. It can full-automatically perform tasks.

PowerCopter

Highly reliable and safe a thigh altitude above 6000 meters.

The aviation turboshaft engine system is adopted for PowerCopter. This engine system is characterized by small size, high efficiency and high power output. Meanwhile compared with piston engine, turboshaft engine can fly at high altitude above 6000 meters. The triaxial self-stabilization system is adopted for PowerCopter which can help the payload system to provide very stable image and video output during executing the task.
